About CoDI

So what is the Consortium on Disability Information? It's a place where podcasters, bloggers, and those who run disability on-line communities can come together to support each other. By promoting each other and sharing information and resources, we encourage the growth of accurate and practical information on disabilities. How this manifests depends largely on you, the content provider. How can CoDI support you? We can have a repository of promos that you can post on your blogs/websites, or play on your podcast. Looking for an interview on a specific topic? We can help each other by sharing our contacts and resources. Refer your audience to CoDI to find more sources for information. None of us can do it all. But together, we just might.

History (Such as it is....) The Consortium on Disability Information (CoDI) was started in May of 2008 as a collaborative effort amongst podcasters focused on providing disability information. As online media content expanded, bloggers and websites with similar missions joined CoDI to further develop an online community for Disability Information development and dissemination.
